Our products are carefully tested and packaged to maintain quality. However, if
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund
policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the
following conditions:
- The
product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The
product has expired upon delivery.
- The
return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The
item must be unused, unopened, and in its original
packaging.
- Proof
of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund,
including:
- Products
that have been opened or used.
- Items
damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
- Custom
or special order products.
- Perishable
agricultural inputs that lose effectiveness after opening.
3. Return Process

4. Refund Process

the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If
approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days,
and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- For COD
orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after verifying
customer details.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders
can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer
support.
- Once
dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted, and the return policy will
apply.
